... and horse and horn and hound ...

It's 6:30 at night and this is the first chance I've had to be on the computer. No fooling. If you know me, you know that's practically unheard of.

So, what's been eating up my day? Amber and Phil are moving today. I took the kids to school and went straight from there over to their old house to help them load up the moving truck. Now, if I'm being completely honest (and I am), I have to point out that I didn't do much heavy lifting. For one, Phil's bro and buddy were helping load things into the truck. Second, Amber is 7 1/2 months pregnant. We did more of the supervising. And the ritual taking of the old cable box back to the cable company. And the vacuuming. I did move things from the house to the garage but that was about the extent of it.

To make a long story short, I wasn't home today for any length of time until now. The good news is that we got Amb's kitchen pretty much in order. Sure, the refrigerator doesn't fit in the space provided (it was a 1/2 inch to wide!) but the silverware is put away and the dishes are sitting pretty.

And now I'm very, very tired. My typing is beginning to falter. My spelling sucks.
I'm going to go be vegetable like and stare at a wall.
